Our Story
Amber Kagan, founder of LevelUp, has over 25 years of senior leadership experience. At Morgan Lewis, a global law firm, she was a partner, office practice group leader and member of the office management team. Thereafter, at the General Electric Company, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Global Head of Employment Law. While at GE, Amber developed and led global teams; cultivated relationships and influenced stakeholders in a matrixed environment; navigated and led through times of significant organizational change; and helped mentor and promote talent into executive roles. A critical part of her impact came through advising senior leaders, working transparently with Boards, and helping executives lead more effectively, navigate organizational change, and manage career transitions with purpose and confidence.
Now a Certified Executive Coach, Amber combines her corporate expertise with coaching insights to help professionals grow their careers and leadership teams reach their full potential.
